In August 2007, the Moline Downtwon Commercial Historic District was officially placed on the National Register of Historic Places.  The historic district includes 114 buildings on 33 acres centered in Downtwon Moline.  This district retains it's historic and architectural integritya nd reflects the character of the historic downtown.  The establishment of this historic district brings distinction to Downtown
